Our factory uses high-performance servo-controlled fully-automatic mold injection molding machines and self-developed technology, with an annual output of 250 million contact lens molds of various specifications. The product quality is stable and uniform, ensuring that the inner curved surface of each lens fits the eyeball comfortably . (The only domestic factory that exclusively manufactures injection mold cores by itself)

The ultra-thin sandwich technology of contact lenses isolates pigments in two thin layers of transparent etafilcon A lenses to avoid direct contact of pigments with the eyeballs. The precision has reached international standards, making the eyes naturally beautiful and healthy.

The surface of the lens is treated with a multi-curved single-focus turning process and is mirror-polished with 200-500 mesh ultra-fine aluminum oxide to remove the turning marks on the lens surface and ensure the wearing comfort of the outer curved surface of the lens.
