1.BEFORE YOU START
Wash your hands with soap(preferablyunperfumed,antibacterial liquid soap),then rinse and dry your hands with a lintfree towel.
2. CHECKTHAT THELENS ISN'T INSIDE OUT
To do this, just put the lens on the tip ofyour finger and hold it up to the light. lf theedges flare out, it's inside out.lt should looklike a bowl with straight edges.
3.USING YOUR RIGHT HAND FIRST
Use your right hand first, in case of mixingthe prescription(if have).Gently hold yourupper eyelid with one finger so you don'blink or get your eyelashes in the way,and carefully pull down your lower eyelidwith your other fingers.
4.MOVE THE CONTACT LENS
Toward your eve steadily.Look upward asyou place it on your eye, and slowlyrelease your eyelid and close your eye for amoment to allow the lens to settle.Repeatfor your other eye.
